A word or two about our EPS foam forms and figures:
We import most of our EPS (Expanded PolyStyrene) components from Europe. They are made with more highly condensed EPS particles, giving them far better pin-holding qualities and greater resistance to damage. This is far more costly than simply using a lower quality form that costs a great deal less, but our forms are of much greater quality and, like the old Curtis Mathes TV commercial used to say, they are darn well worth it!
Before we started marketing EPS parts, we used to purchase them from various vendors for our ornaments. Receiving those packages was frequently a huge disappointment, since every other package was full of dented and/or crushed forms, decapitated dolls and squished balls. We take a different path here too. Our EPS foam components are individually wrapped and cushioned with tissue paper and packed in corrugated boxes. This results in very rare issues with damaged foam parts.
We think that is a better way of doing business.
