Approx. 250 Dressmaker #17 straight pins.
Tacky glue or hot glue
Sharp scissors that will cut through the slim wire on the sides of the ribbon
Flexible tape measure
Ink pen or pencil
The kit is packed with 12"x2.5" wired ribbon strips. Some cutting of the ribbon will be necessary to complete this kit.
Please note that these bells have an open center that is covered by the base piece of fabric. To make this into a Bell vs. a Christmas Tree, you will need a 16cm, 6" polystyrene bell and a 2" round foam ball.
